My name is Shakaily Sanchez and I'm a sophomore. I'm a Psychology major but I would also like to get into culinary arts in the future because I like to cook. Reality TV is my guilty pleasure but I enjoy watching different series like Teen Wolf, Awkward, and Vampire Diaries. I LOVE listening to music. I listen to music whenever I can. It relaxes me when I'm stressed, and puts me in a good mood when I have a lot of things going on at once. Music is like medicine to me. I know corny right :/ grrr. I like to draw when I have the time to. I'm not amazing good but I think I do a pretty decent job. I decided to take this class because I took a literature class in High School and found out that I really enjoyed it beyond all the work that I did. I remember reading the Scarlet Letter and finding myself really getting into what I was reading. I always wanted to know what would happen next. The last book I remember reading was The Cliff Walk. Literature to me means something that has meaning and can have an emotional impact on you. Literature that makes you actually think about what you're reading.
